HOLLER DAY INN

This is the birthplace of the playwright, Honus Shain.  The home has been restored to it's original look of 1932 and a modern bath has been added.  The home is within walking distance of the Theatre and sets in the middle of the Pine Knob Community.  Enjoy your stay here and return to the simple times.  The original 1952 GE television is here for your added enjoyment.  And, high speed internet service is also available.  Sit on the front porch and enjoy the old Pine Knob Country Store, the picnic grounds, and the scenic walk bridge across the sinking fork creek.  The home has central air and a running creek is located directly at the back of the home.  No need to drive and spend high price gas anymore.  Stay here and you'll surely want to come back.  We also include breakfast items so you can make your own meal.  The home includes the Pine Knob Diner which is not open now, we have moved all the food services to the Theatre area.  So, if you like, sit in the Diner and cook your own.  You are also welcome to bring any food items for you own preparation.  We have some cooking utensils, plates, silverware, etc. available.  Call us to make your reservation.
